Create a 600×300 GRAPHIC using Paint (Windows utility)

• Create a 600×300 workspace (at bottom of Paint status bar shows dimensions)
• Set your background color
• Use the Text tool to add your text
• Save to hard drive
• Upload to your hosting account

I can help you do this. I hate denying all your login ads because they do not comply with 600×300 requirement.
