TAE Script Comparison

I own 11 sites, and have rented/owned many others.

As far as features and functionality, the ExtremeIPL script is my favorite. I have 3 Instant Commission sites that use this script: CommissionsUnleashed.com, YourLuckyFastCash.com, CashStreamMaximizer.com

* It offers so many onsite and email options BUT as delivered, there are many problems with it.

* First, there is a vulnerability that absolutely has to be fixed – I had all 3 of my ExtremeIPL sites hacked badly. Roger Hoover has a fix that is essential.

* ExtremeIPL has to use a back-level version of PHP, which causes a problem every time they do a CPANEL update

* As far as both member-facing issues, I have fixed all of them not only on my own sites, but several others in the TEHB Inner Circle. I have value-added features like ad previews, edits where edits were not supported in the original script

* I replaced the tinymce editor with ckeditor that makes 600×300 login ad submission easy, and provides a preview

* I created a mini-menu in advertise.php that takes away the tedium of navigating – it is such a huge program

* Ad Status that shows available ads at a glance, promo codes used, etc. A companion for the Admin allows filtering by userid.

* I have created training videos and a site manual that provides step-by-step instructions for each ad type, a blog, a News panel, ecourses, a ClickBank store, Mega PLR Store.

* I wrote a "Daily Login Bonus" that allows members to redeem a daily promo code for a different ad type or points every day

* I also wrote some modifications for the ViewAllxxx admin functions that make a tremendous difference in cleaning up bad, missing, or wrong size ad graphics. With few exceptions, when the admin DELETEs an ad, it is sent back to the member account since they purchased or earned it, rather than actually purging it from the database

Kenny has several scripts.

* Freedommails is primarily a mailer.

* WorldTextAds and AmazingTextAds are full function TAE sites. Huge feature (I think I am the only one using it) is SetNForget Solos.

OneStopSolos.info is an SJV Solo Ad site (but only has 1 SuperNetwork – BlastOff Ads). Old script but dependable.

QuickCashSolos.com is also an SJV Solo Ad site, but also a full function TAE with many of the Extreme IPL ad types. I have 7 SuperNetworks installed on this site

I also have some ancient AdminForFree script sites: GiantProfitAds and MadCowAds. I reclaimed them after David Smith pulled the plug on AFF.

I also have a membership site using LFM: GrabThoseLeads.com. Not a blockbuster

The newer scripts LFMTE, LFMVM are stable, and feature-rich but everything is an option. I simply cannot justify the cost to upgrade.

I like Kenny. I like his full-featured scripts (ie WorldTextAds and AmazingTextAds). They are reasonably priced, and he gives you breaks on hosting, and ALWAYS has a sale or discount running – be patient and watch the promos. He does offer rentals that include hosting and SuperNetworks.

The Supers are a necessary evil but honestly, I don’t sell many of them. BUT… I’ve been known to rent sites that have 1 or 2 Supers for $5-$10 per month because the admin usually gets from 2-4 solos per month for each SuperNetwork installed. Do the math: 8 Supers for $10 a month… and for most Supers I can make bulk purchases for 99 cents each for my own use.

Selling physical products over JVZoo

While many online business owners have seen great success in selling digital products over JVZoo, physical products still have and do sell inside the marketplace.

This blog post will cover what you need to consider before deciding to create, or even launch a physical product over the platform.

1. What is a physical product?

In another blog post, we talked about what goes into a digital product. A physical product is essentially anything that can be delivered to your customer offline, and is therefore the opposite of a digital product. A physical product will have a lag time between when a customer pays for it, and when they receive it physically in their hands. A physical product most typically will be a paperback or hardcover book, a series of DVDs or CDs with training on them your customer can watch on their computer or TV, a series of printed reports, a physical ticket or invitation to an event, a software hosted on a CD that the customer must use to download a secured software or program onto their computer, or any other physical item you can post in a parcel or letter to your customer. The most popular product you’re likely to come across online in general is a physical book; paperback or hardcover. These sometimes carry more value than an ebook because of the physical “I am holding something I purchased” feeling your customer will receive when they hold it. Even though we’re in the age of the internet, many still prefer to read and make notes in a physical book they can touch.

2. When creating a physical book…

When you’re creating a physical product, each has smaller details you must be aware of that you don’t necessarily need to think about when creating a digital product. If we take the example of a physical book, in order to be able to legally be considered as a ‘real book’ in the eyes of the world, you should purchase an ISBN number for it. This is basically a way to register your book within the world’s database of books. It comes in the form of a number with a barcode and must be printed somewhere on your book. Typically, the ISBN number is printed on the back cover.

3. Delivering your physical product

This is a big issue: how will you deliver your physical product? You must take into account that if you are selling your product on a platform like JVZoo, you will have customers from all over the world purchasing it. So, you must either restrict customers only from one or a few certain countries to be able to purchase it, or be able to cover your delivery costs no matter where your customer needs it delivered to. Before you start selling, make sure you check with your local post office about what the different costs and delivery times are. It is typical for sellers on JVZoo to give their customers a 30 day no questions asked money back guarantee. Can you guarantee that your customers will receive their copy within 30 days of purchasing? If not, consider using a courier service, or perhaps creating an analogy of your product in digital product format.

4. Refund options

Many different sellers have various refund options. With a physical product, refunds can get a bit tricky. You should be clear about your refund terms on your sales page, and enforce them when you launch your product. A popular option is to have your customer send your physical product back to you, and once you receive it, you can refund their purchase. The JVZoo platforms allows you to process refunds 60 days after a purchase, so let your customers know that they have this time to return the product back to your address if they wish to receive a refund. Usually the delivery costs are covered by the customer.

The information age has been a blessing to the online market. Every single day, millions of people around the world turn to the internet to find answers to problems they have. So many products have been created, aimed at helping people on a daily basis – whether it’s to help with their health, beauty tips, dating advice, hot to train their dog, make money online, use Facebook, and so on.

It’s much easier for a customer to demand a refund online than in the offline world, so you need to ensure that the value you have contained within your product is as good as you can make it.

3. Ask yourself “what does my customer want?”

A very important thing when it comes to creating any product in general is asking yourself “what does my customer want?”. If you know or have created a product already, you’ll know the information they want. But the question is: how do they want it delivered? Will your ideal customer be willing to read a long ebook, or perhaps they want video training to guide them through? Or what about extra downloadable resources you can add in? Think through all these points, and choose a delivery method that will not only engage your customer, but make the information easy to retain.

Sharing… My Results with SuperNetworks

My SuperNetwork Results

You know that I am a huge SuperNetwork fan.  I could not possibly deliver the volume of emails (for my personal promotions, does not include traffic from my TAE subscibers).  I send from 200,000 to over half million emails per day… EVERY DAY.

Keep in mind that SuperNetworks tie together a network of safelist sites, so you cannot expect any different results than safelist averages, BUT you are sending VOLUME.  At an average open rate of 2%-3%, and CTR at 0.5%, do the math…

Where to Post Safelist Affiliate Text Links, Banners, and Ads

Tip: Don’t post ads for the site you are posting to on that same site. The people who would view and click that ad or exchange site are already members.

Some exceptions: WebcastSource, Network blasters, SuperNetwork Solo Sites, TOAN.

For example:

WebcastSource – All banners, text ads, member-to-member mail, and solos are seen not only by the members on WCS (only 84) but all members of the WorldProfit Network segment that has 22,029 members

Network Blasters like BlastMyAds blast all ad types to tens of thousands of members (> 119,000) across many sites. Your ad will be sent to the BMA host site (like GiantProfitAds or MadCowAds) but it also goes to 58 other sites.

SuperNetwork Solo Sites – The site from which you originate the Solo may be included in the distribution but it goes to each of the member sites and is distributed to each member by the local site.

TOAN (TheOnlineNetwork) – Text and Banner ads are seen across many media types – classified sites, internet ad sites, and even print ads

Make the most of your advertising time and money by understanding the different ad types, target audiences, and features and benefits of each.

Why Join A Startup Site?

First, I want to thank you for joining, and my hope is that you recognize, as I do, the opportunity in a startup safelist.

I want to settle the argument, “why should I join a site with so few members?”

You are looking at these numbers ALL WRONG!  It is not the total membership that counts!  There are two factors I look at:  the percentage of PAID members, and the number of ACTIVE MEMBERS.  

Most of the revenue on any site comes from 5% to 15% of the membership.  The number of PAID, UPGRADED members is what counts. Paid members are more likely to possess a “buyer mindset”.

This number of UPGRADED members is generally posted on the front page of the site.  You may see how many free and upgraded members but be careful – many sites give free upgrades at startup to the first upgrade level (usually JV) but rarely give away TOP LEVEL upgrades.  

The number of ACTIVE MEMBERS is harder to derive.  I look at site activity.  When I first join an established site, I post a couple of each ad type, and then check back in a week.  I look for attentiveness of the Admin – were they approved quickly?  I look at the number of views – do certain ad types get more views than others?  Do Onsite ads get more views and clicks than Emailed ads?

Also look at ADMIN POLICIES.  On four of my sites, you are made INACTIVE if you don’t login at least every 30 days.  Inactive members are not eligible to receive monthly ads.  Every 6 months, I PURGE members who have been inactive for 6 months.  Ads from inactive members are also purged! I am an ACTIVE and  ATTENTIVE system admin, whereas, a large number of site owners are amateurs. THIS is why looking at total membership is not a good benchmark – my sites have fewer TOTAL members but a high percentage of ACTIVE members!

Strategy

There is a little different strategy for a new site:  Media Saturation!

  • Post Ads
  • Lead with a Landing Page and capture those leads to do “Customer Cultivation”
  • Think Grand Opening or Launch!
  • Think Contests

What About Posting Ads? 

To be honest, posting ads NOW with the expectation that people are actually going to SEE, OPEN, and READ your ads…  It will be limited. 

That doesn’t mean that you should not post your ads.  

  • Use every media type available to you.  Why?  I mentioned REFERRALS.  
  • If you get set up now, and are successful at bringing on new referrals, you want them to see YOUR ads.  Captive Audience.
  • For Onsite ads (login ads, buttons, text ads, surf sites), they will get a top position in the rotators.  
  • Start NOW to fill in the extensive downline builder.  
    • On every site you join in the Downline Builder, at minimum promote your STARTUP SITE with every ad type possible. Go for Maximum exposure!
    • At minimum: Banner, Button, Text Links (Hot Links, Traffic Links), Login Ads
    • Offer INCENTIVES
  • For Email Ads (Credit Mailer, System Mailer, Solo ads, header and footer ads, traffic links, hot links), those ads will also rotate for these ad types.  
  • As the membership grows and members begin sending Solo ads, your ads will be in place and on autopilot.

So, don’t get upset if the first couple months your CTR’s are zilch.  Remember, this is a time for BUILDING YOUR LIST with REFERRALS.

The Opportunity NOW

The opportunity is to BRING ON NEW REFERRALS! 

  • Build YOUR list.  
  • CULTIVATE those referrals into CUSTOMERS. 
  • Shape them and guide them to be the kind of member YOU want on your team. 
  • Send Referral Mail to your downline as often as permitted.
  • Use the Downline Builder for getting referrals on THOSE programs – the potential for multi-stream income.
  • Use the Promo Codes to draw them in.
  • Use the free eCourses to get their interest.
  • Use the GOBS of TRAFFIC with its promo codes to get MORE traffic.
  • Don’t forget to carve out some promos for your startup site: use the banners, buttons, login ads, ad copy, and social media messages to promote that site.  Check often – new ad copy will be added regularly.

  • I have an Autoresponder message campaign that goes out to all NEW MEMBERS that tells them about features, functions, and tools.  Use this to highlight or comment to your referrals on how YOU use the different ad types
  • Each of the sites has a collection of FREE eCOURSES.  Do a REVIEW of an eCourse and send to your referrals
  • Use the eCourses and Blog posts to ENTICE your prospects to join
  • Use THIS blog post to help them understand the OPPORTUNITY that exists with a new site
  • Business, Referral, and List Building are your PRIORITIES

SuperNetwork Solos – The Truth, The Proof

I tell people that a small investment in SuperSolos will make an incredible difference in their promotion results. Well, I’m here to back that up, first by giving you a list of the SuperSolos I use myself and provide statistics where I have them.

Most Supers delete history after 30 days. A blank does not mean that I have not used them, just that I did not capture the information before it rolled off. I absolutely USE WHAT I SELL.

Welcome to Gorilla Marketing Pro! Here you have all the tools and resources to start Branding Yourself and Your Primary Business Today.

I just recently joined Gorilla Marketing Pro, but I will tell you, I made a mistake. I joined, and took the OTO deal to upgrade to Platinum member. This, of course, is optional, because as a free member, you get all the tools and training for FREE. You got in at the right time, and are grandfathered in free for life.

Well, I looked around, and being in network marketing for about 6 years, my toolbox has everything I need to promote my MULTIPLE businesses. I made the decision to join and upgrade, and my initial pass through GMP showed me some great stuff, but as unique as Gorilla Marketing Pro is, there was a lot of parallels and duplication (I thought) with tools I already had. I decided to KEEP the free membership, but I had canceled the Platinum upgrade.

I have sat through literally hundreds of webinars, and again, I own 6 ESTABLISHED businesses, so I was not really expecting to be blown away. I generally consider webinars to be just a different spin on all the things I had seen before. I was wrong.

I had been with several other programs in the past sponsored by master marketers Tim Sebert and Randy Thomas. I had gotten reply from Randy WHILE HE WAS LIVE ON THE WEBINAR, and he committed to do the integration to autoresponder HTML form code that would allow me to use Gorilla Marketing Pro as a front-end lead capture to my existing autoresponder campaigns.

Login today and update your profile, Use a good picture of yourself and set up good contact information for your referrals to see.

Be sure to update your Profile/Your Affiliate Links Settings. Submit Your Primary Business and any other programs you are involved with, including affiliate programs for other businesses and traffic systems. Be sure to include your affiliate links. You have the ability to showcase an unlimited number of business, traffic sources, and tools in your back office for your referrals to see and join with you.

Tim and Randy have done an amazing job with this system, and I can see that new features have been added each week.

When you promote your landing pages (Marketing/Landing Pages), be sure to add a keyword for tracking. I’m a techie, financial guy, auditor, and analyst, so my brain is wired to look at performance and as a Quality Champion and ISO9000 auditor before I retired, I not only suggested, but facilitated SO many process improvements. The basis you must have to improve ANY process is this: "If you don’t measure it, you cannot improve it".

You will be able to see the results of your promotion efforts in the Traffic Analytics Tab, so it is imperative that you use GMP tools to track your progress on a daily basis.

When using the Facebook Wall Poster, be sure to get a Domain Name and have it redirect to your Gorilla Marketing Pro Landing Page before you make a post.
This will help Brand You. If you don’t know where to get a domain name and how to set it up, the best deal I have found is with Names Cheap. I can walk you through setting up the DNS and redirection.
