My Daily Routine for One Million Emails Per Day

• The first thing, after a quick scan of emails, is to select up the THREE programs I will promote today. 

  I use a tool called Autofill, that allows me to define a profile for each promotion that has all the elements and fields I would need to complete: 5 subject lines, HTML and text ad copy, URLs.
   

• I use ChatGPT to generate 5 unique subject lines and new ad copy if needed and update the Autofill profiles.
   
• I pull up my Daily Work Schedule for BigDogs CHIPs and promote to each of the CHIPs safelists on that day's schedule, and log each site/number of emails sent.  My tracking sheet shows today's sum of emails sent

• I select SuperSolos, using the number of members, to bring my send count to over 1 million emails.

  Up to this point, it has taken 30 minutes
   

• I research and update content for my newsletter, and send the formatted newsletter to each of my autoresponders and list managers (almost 20,000 subscribers), then post to my blog

Depending on my social schedule (hint: they wear white coats or scrubs), any other time is spent on my "creative efforts" to research trends, look at current advertising and new programs, sign up and test new programs I can share with my subscribers, collect snippets for future newsletters, create YouTube content, etc.

I also use this time to create/update capture pages, thank-you/bonus pages, research new bonuses, build new funnels, review and update autoresponder messages.

I also use this time to review my click stats, my auto-submit promos, and traffic sources.  I review new subscribers, and send personal welcome messages to them.

As bills come in for subscriptions, upgrades, traffic, autoresponder​s, and as commission payments post, I handle them, PDF the receipts, and log them into Quickbooks.

This all takes me 2-3 hours.  I'm not glued to my laptop all day.  I take naps (I'm old…), watch TV, play with my grandson a couple days a week.

In the evening, while watching TV after my grandson goes home, as admin over 200 of Dave's safelists, I approve ads.  Takes roughly an hour (as with any admin job, there could be "gotcha's")

I'm retired from my corporate jobs and have closed my other businesses. Make no mistake.  This is not a hobby, I TREAT THIS LIKE A BUSINESS.  I have a BUSINESS PLAN.

This is my BUSINESS.  I have a routine.  I work at it EVERY DAY.  But, if I want to take a day off, or a week off, I have enough in automated promotions and processes that I continue to keep a presence,  keep communication with my subscribers, and continue to bring in new subscribers EVERY DAY.

Anybody Fooled by Network Marketing Pranks on April Fools Day?

I actually have a "subscriber" (OK, nuisance) who has a solution… he signs up for EVERYTHING!  Multiple times!  Even after blocking him using my best brute force scanning tools, he still manages to get through.  He signed up for the SAME autoresponder campaign 6 times, each time using a different userid and email.  I admin 200+ sites, and I don't ever recall seeing him PROMOTE ANYTHING, he just signs up hoping someone will send him money.  DUH!

George Kosch REVEALS 5 Reasons People Fail to Make Sales

2nd reason: Not watching the Bootcamp Training Videos
 – and I mean REALLY watching the Bootcamp Training Videos.  We do these videos and weekly training because we know learning new skills can be tough. Practice and repetition is the key to mastering a new skill.  We know not everyone can attend the live training so we record sessions. The videos are for the purpose of getting new members on track with the tasks that matter.   Without watching the training, new Members are sabotaging their own success. It's mind boggling but some people quit our program stating that it didn't work for them  – we review their account and find they NEVER even started the training!

3rd Reason:  Not getting started and doing the work! 
es I know it sounds ridiculous but some people watch the video then do nothing. You must apply what you learn in the training videos, the online bootcamp steps guide you on how to do this. Since when does no effort mean instant sales?  The equation goes like this,  ACTION = RESULTS!  We humans are the best excuse makers in the world. We've got every excuse in the world why NOT to start and why something didn't work.  Put that energy into action and DO the work.   For the last 20+ years we have researched the Bootcamp Training to train only what has been tried and tested.  All of this training has been created with sleeves rolled up, applying and evaluating what is taught so Bootcamp Participants can learn and apply what works and not waste time and money.

4th Reason.  Not being consistent. 
Time after time, we see people come in so eager!  They work hard for a few days, maybe a week or so, follow the training, do a little promotion. Then WHAMO – 2 weeks later they have disappeared!  Here is a reality check message.  Success doesn't happen instantly in ANYTHING!  Apply the training daily with vision to build your business for the long term.  You don't brush your  teeth every 3 or 5 days, you brush them every day. Use this principle for  guiding your marketing efforts.  Don't market?  Guess what no results. Don't brush your teeth on a regular basis guess what ? You get TOOTH DECAY. Don't let your business ROT because you don't consistently BRUSH your business!

5th Reason. Not marketing the Landing Pages. 
When you are first getting started you should be promoting the Landing Pages to generate Associate sign ups.  The more Associates you have the greater your conversions to sales. More Associates = MORE Opportunity to get SALES.   The Monitors can't try to convert your Associates into sales if you don't have any Associates!  The Bootcamp teaches you how to sign up as Associates.  The tools and training in your Member area teach you how to sign up Associates. EVERY single task in the bootcamp training lessons are devoted to helping you learn about affiliate marketing and to help you sign up Associates.  If you want to make sales you need to recruit Associates.   Not everyone will buy, that is a fact of life.  The more Associates you have the more prospective buyers you have!

Follow the Bootcamp tasks outlined in your Member area, don't jump ahead. Avoid getting distracted by all the things that will not lead to sales and long term success in our program. There are no shortcuts to success!

Remember!  We have the unique perspective of seeing countless numbers of people come into this program. Some succeed some don't, most are well on their way but give up too early to start enjoying results.  We see the steps successful people follow and the habits they employ. Safelist Tips: Avoiding ISP Spam Filters

Internet Service Providers (ISPs) implement stringent spam filters to weed out unwanted emails before they clutter inboxes. To ensure your messages reach their intended recipients, it's crucial to steer clear of trigger words that could flag your emails as spam.

Words to Sidestep:

Avoid Mentioning Money:

Refrain from including any dollar amounts in your subject lines to comply with anti-spam regulations. Using monetary symbols can not only violate spam laws but also diminish your email open rates as a significant portion of readers may never receive your message. –

Research Key Spam Words:

Numerous online resources offer comprehensive lists of spam-trigger words to avoid in your subject lines. A quick search using terms like "SPAM words in email subject lines" can yield valuable insights to enhance your email deliverability.

Sample Off-limits Words:

Steer Clear of All Caps:

Avoid using all capital letters in your subject line; it can be off-putting and may trigger the spam filters.

Avoid Trigger Keywords:

Words like "Free" (a notorious offender), "Dollar," "Instant," "Cash," "Earn," "Discount," "Income," "Multi-level Marketing (MLM)," "Collect," and "Bonus" should be excluded from your subject lines to bypass spam detection algorithms.

Thus, incorporating links in this context poses a considerable risk for minimal potential rewards.

In essence, exercising caution when including links in your email campaigns is essential to maintain deliverability rates and optimize engagement with your target audience.

Exceptions

This rule absolutely applies to the majority of safelists, however, there ARE several exceptions like ViralURL, ViralPLR, and ViralHosts that do not have a separate entry field for the URL.

I DO include URLs within the copy for autoresponder messages and broadcasts like my newsletters.  These messages do not have an entry field for URLs, but be careful not to have too many URLs in any single message.

I do consistently send links to my top affiliate programs or traffic sources AFTER THE SIGNATURE LINE.   I get many visitors to these links and sign-ups.

So, what if you have a huge list of links to broadcast?  Rather putting them in an email, create a PAGE containing those links, and only put a link to that page in your broadcast.  That page can be

• a page created with BuildABizOnline or LeadsLeap,
• it can be a Google DOCS or SHEETS file exported as a PDF file then saved to a hosting account or blog
• a blog post

Even I Didn't Know These Were There!

Even though I am an Elite member, and Admin of the site to approve ads for Dave, I was poking around on Free Business Builder, and I found some hidden-in-plain-sight graphics that are pretty cool.  I found them in MemberTools!ReferralTools.

Some are specific to promote Free Business Builder, but some are generic, SO I INTEND TO RE-PURPOSE THEM to make a quickie capture page image.

Extract Text From Image

I mentioned in my video that I wanted to just use the text on the graphic as the ad copy for my solo ad.  I could have just typed it, BUT NOOOOO.  THE ENGINEER NEEDS TO FIND A TOOL TO DO IT FOR HIM.  (I'm glad I'm retired otherwise I'd never get anything done).

Well, I found a tool.  It's called extract-text-from-image  (duh).

The problem is that the image I was using was stored as a GIF format, which is not supported by this tool, so I loaded the image file into Windows Paint, then simply saved it as JPG.

I uploaded the JPG file into extract-text-from-image, and executed the Extract button.  BOOM.  I had readable text (not perfect, but not bad) that I copied, cleaned up, and ran through ChatGPT to create unique ad copy.

I want you to understand that this WHOLE PROCESS from start to finish, including making the video, took less than half an hour.  THIS IS NOT HARD.

AND… once you CREATE IT, you can REPLICATE IT in EVEN LESS TIME!

There is NO EXCUSE for not promoting EVERYTHING in such a manner to BUILD YOUR LIST!

Credit Mails may be limited by how often you can mail, and a maximum number of members based your your membership level, and of course, available credits in your account.

TIP:  Whenever you send credit mails, if you have referrals, a checkbox will appear near the box where you specify the number of credits to use.  ALWAYS CHECK THIS BOX.  It allows you to send the email to your referrals without expending any credits. (Yet ANOTHER reason to promote safelists to get REFERRALS).

Solos (and HPSolos) do not use click credits: they must typically be purchased.

Secret Mailer on All Dave's Safelist Sites

Did you know that there is a LIST MAILER on all Dave's Safelist sites? 

You can mail to EVERYONE WHO HAS JOINED AFTER YOU on that site.

List Mailers require no credits to send.  There are limitations to how often you can send using a List Mailer.

How do you know how many members will receive your List Mailer message? This is a little tricky. 

• ​You must submit an ad if this is your first submission using List Mailer. 
   
• Go back into List Mailer the following day and click the link:

You will see the number sent to, and the number of clicks
 

Are Your Emails Bouncing?

You may not even know it, but Gmail may be limiting the number of messages you receive, or slowing down delivery of your emails because you are getting an large number of emails.  This not only effects YOUR email interaction, but it may be getting YOUR SAFELIST ACCOUNTS SUSPENDED.

When a system or mailer attempts to send email, and your Gmail account is either slowed down or rejecting new messages, the systems have to protect themselves, so they initiate a protocol that "retries and tests".  Hey, the network is not perfect, and there may be hiccups out of your control.  After so many failures the system suspends email delivery to your address.  This is called a BOUNCE.

It is a common mistake for safelist members to use the same Gmail address for everything, stacking up SO MUCH SAFELIST TRAFFIC.   First, having too much traffic SLOWS DOWN your email client.  It takes longer to load, longer to search, and longer to send.  You may run out of MESSAGE STORAGE, in which case, Google is happy to SELL YOU more.

There are so many strategies you can find on Youtube for Gmail hygiene, so I will not reinvent the wheel, but here are some you are not likely to find.

• Limit the number of safelists using one Gmail address to 10-20.  Gmail IDs are currently free.  Open another Gmail account
   
• Most older safelists required a CONTACT EMAIL and LIST EMAIL.  You should reserve your CONTACT EMAIL for important communications, and use multiple LIST EMAILS to receive click-for-credit traffic.  Most newer safelists do not require the split.
   
• When possible, use the READ EMAIL ON SITE option.  You should not receive emails to your inbox except for admin mail if you elect this option.
   
• Use a tool like MasterSafelistMails to receive your messages.

Conventional Wisdom: don’t sell STUFF on safelists, so where do you sell it?  Remember classified ads in the newspaper.  Well, digital classified ads work the same way: select your category, post your ad.

I mentioned about 100PercentClicks, and that as a Platinum member, I was able to mail 1500 members every 2 days.  THIS IS CREDIT MAIL that either requires clicking for credits or purchasing credits.

Remember I said that 100PercentClicks  was in my list of autopilot submitter sites in Traffic Zipper?  Well, without having to login to 100PercentClicks, my ads are being submitted hands free. Credit mails to 1500 are generating between 20 and 62 CLICKS.  Most safelists are lucky to deliver 1-10 clicks.  SO… THIS IS GOOD TRAFFIC.
