Some Sad News

A sad day for the BuildABizOnline community.  Martin Chantler passed away.

Martin was credited with being the primary programmer who supplied most of the innovation found in not only the BABO tools, but also all the amazing resources he made available, mostly for free, on ReduceTheHype.com.  He will be missed.

I checked.   ReduceTheHype.com is still online, but I suspect it to be taken down as they get Martin’s affairs in order.

What’s the Product?

There are tons of these “$5 Miracle” or  “One-time $10 Funnel” programs that continually flood my email.

The question I always ask is, what is the product? What are they really selling?.

I always look at this in multiple ways.

Is it just an empty “send me money” scheme or is there value to it as a list builder that might show you the propensity of some people to spend a small amount of money, which means it might be worth building a list with that program, or is it just an empty shell nothing program that builds SOMONE ELSE’S list.

I look at these that I deem worthy as “starter programs” that could give my subscribers a “jump start” to begin bulding their list.

I also look at this is what are the peripheral advantages.  Is there a residual income component that I could leverage, for instance, many of these products are based on LeadsLeap.  Well, I have tons of funnels that use LeadsLeap for not only the pages, but also as a list manager.

In my view, if I’m able to get people to at least take another look at LeadsLeap and consider LeadsLeap Pro, I can get residual income from that. LeadsLeap has been a good investment for me with the Pro level upgrade that pays 50% commission. TREAT IT LIKE A BUSINESS TO REAP THE BENEFITS OF OWNING A BUSINESS.

How can I help?

Well, start by understanding that the MLM you signed up for is NOT YOUR BUSINESS. It may be a
COMPONENT of your business. It may be the SYSTEM you use to generate ONE STREAM OF INCOME,
but YOUR BUSINESS IS YOUR LIST! If that system does not allow you to CAPTURE THE LEADS ON
YOUR LIST, YOU NEED TO GO OUTSIDE THAT SYSTEM, possibly FRONT-END that system with a LEAD
CAPTURE PAGE that preserves those leads and turns them into SUBSCRIBERS to a list YOU CONTROL.

So, your business needs the TOOLS to create those LEAD CAPTURE PAGES, and an AUTORESPONDER
to manage your SUBSCRIBERS, and FOLLOW-UP with those subscribers with relevant messages about
the product you are promoting to help them understand and get details that show WIIFM (“What’s In It For
Me”) from your subscriber’s perspective. YOU become the AUTHORITY as their sponsor, and your
messages and communications (ie broadcasts) build a rapport: KNOW, LIKE, and TRUST.

It takes 7-11 EXPOSURES for someone to be moved from:

Having your leads on your LIST gives YOU control of the messaging, and positions YOU to be the person
they go to when they are making a BUYING DECISION.

As your relationship with your subscribers matures, send them something of VALUE to THEM: information,
ebooks, articles, training for FREE. Remember, you are building RAPPORT

Since traffic and tools are MY THING, I also share free or inexpensive traffic opportunities, promo codes,
and best deals that provide the most VALUE TO THEM, and that could also become an ADDITIONAL
STREAM OF INCOME, both for me, and for THEM.

I have so many things I promote that provide share codes, and COMPLETE LIST BUILDING FUNNELS, many

are THINGS YOU NEED ANYWAY that can be also be turned into additional streams of income.

And you thought that just posting affiliate links for that one MLM was gonna MAKE YOU RICH while sitting on
the beach sipping Mai Tai’s. IT JUST DOESN’T WORK THAT WAY!

I have been at this a long time. I didn’t make ANY SIGNIFICANT REVENUE while building MY LIST for
the first several years. I now have 3 PRIMARY programs I promote that are my STAR Moneymakers,
and have been my PRIMARY INVESTMENTS, but I also have many associated piece parts that contribute
additional RESIDUAL revenue.

Think of a hardware store. You would not survive selling only ONE TYPE OF BOLT. You would have

FastForcedProfits AI Content Creator Tool

Fast Forced Profits  has just included an AI Content Creator Tool

I don’t do social media.  I have a Facebook account where I post videos from my Youtube Channel, but I don’t interact with it.  I don’t add friends, rarely comment, but like to  view the reels.  Same with Instagram, and Pinterest, and only post videos to my YT channel.

The cool thing is that AI Content Creator Tool showed me some Done-For-You templates and examples, then generated the images or videos to create my posts

Then the magic.  AI Content Creator Tool set up scheduling so I don’t even have to sign in to post.

I’m waiting for the magic to actually happen so I’ll keep you updated as to results.

Joining Sites Under a Particular Sponsor

You see an ad for something you are interested in joining.

You call your frend who is a member of the site or program, and tell them to send you their affiliate link.

You sign up using that affiliate link, but YOUR FREND IS NOT YOUR SPONSOR!  AUGHHH!

Why is this happening?   I know it’s the time of year for them. It’s COOKIES!

While cookies significantly add to my waistline this time of year, the kind of cookies added to your COMPUTER BLOAT are at fault for highjacking sponsorship under your friend.

With many websites, when a visitor accesses the site, the user’s BROWSER stores a small text file on the visitor’s computer called a COOKIE.  There are many pieces of information that could be that text file.

Especially with Safelist and Traffic Exchange marketing, the use of cookies is quite regular, and understanding how they function is vital.

Essentially, a cookie is a small piece of data that a website asks your browser to store on your computer or mobile device. When you visit a site or click on an ad, the cookie works to remember your actions and preferences such as login details, language preference, or other site customization for a certain period. In affiliate marketing, the information held by cookies could include the user’s browsing history on the affiliate website, the link that directed them to the site, and any specific product or service they’ve shown interest in.

They also hold valuable affiliate information such as the affiliate ID and specific campaign details, which could be useful in tracking and attributing sales or lead conversions.

Cookies play a crucial role in tracking the effectiveness of affiliate marketing campaigns by ensuring that the affiliate gets credit for the traffic or sales they direct towards a business or merchants’ website. For instance, if a user clicks on an affiliate link but only makes a purchase a few days or weeks later, the original affiliate still gets credited for the sale thanks to the cookie that tracked that user’s initial interaction with the link.

Concerning the duration cookies are retained, it greatly varies. It’s usually determined by the “cookie life” which is set by the party who owns the website — it can be anything from minutes to years. But typically, affiliate cookies tend to last about 30 to 90 days. It means that if a visitor clicks on an affiliate link and then makes a purchase anytime within the next 30 to 90 days, you will still earn a commission.

Is Re-Gifting a Thing?

Rodney gave his subscribers an email with the subject, “Ready for Christmas? I have a gift for you!”.  The “gift” was the KFT Factor eCourse that he invited his subscribers to use and share, and included the source script in PDF and Text format that you can type into your own autoresponder.

But, I don’t have an Autoresponder.

Take advantage of the discount pricing below on the MyIMPartners OTO’s, but also realize that just the Basic AR at $14.95 per month would be sufficient if you are just starting out.  I think 15,000 subscribers is a good starting point, recognizing that if you have more subscribers than the upper limit of the Basic AR, you most certainly will be generating enough revenue to afford the Pro AR or Pro AR-AI upgrades with a 30,000 subscriber limit.

If not MyIMPartners, then What are Other Autoresponder Choices?

I have two other recommendations.  BuildABizOnline is one of my favorites, with a large complement of very nice tools for either the Pro, at $10 per month, or Pro Executive at $14 per month for unlimited everything.

LeadsLeap is also a opportunity, but my recommendation would be the Pro level, which is considerably more expensive, even with the discount you get for upgrading within 24 hours of joining.

Let’s Talk Capture Pages

While MyIMPartners has an adequate block-mode capture page editor (usable, but I’m not a fan), in about a week, Dave Mosher will be releasing MotionLeads for MyIMPartners, currently being ported by the programmer to Dave’s new system.  This is the capture page builder currently used by MyVIPContacts and ListGeniePro autoresponder.
