In the spirit of the Winter Olympics, I am going to attempt a hockey analogy. I say attempt because I am not a “hockey” person. Just admitting that fact may get me deported from Canada. The reality is that I can’t even skate well. Last time I tried, I broke my tail bone and was in pain for months. My total lack of skill at skating is a good thing for illustrating my point about marketing and online businesses. Take a moment to close your eyes and envision me stepping onto the ice … in the middle of the Olympic hockey final game. Funny, isn’t it. Kind of like an episode of Mr. Bean, but more violent. After the game … if I survive … I come off the ice upset because I didn’t score a single goal. I decide to quit my career in hockey. Probably a good thing for the world of hockey. Unfortunately, this is how many people trying to earn an online income see their businesses. They need extra money, so they come online looking for easy riches, but they haven’t even learned to “skate” yet. In the online world, they are competing against the Olympic athletes of marketing that have spent years, or even decades, learning the craft and perfecting their tools, skills, and relationships. After a few weeks, or even a few days, when they haven’t made a sale (scored a goal), they give up. “Does this mean that the system is rigged against the little guy?” I ask in return, “Is hockey rigged against the beginning player?” Of course not. You have to be willing to put in the work and develop the skills before you expect to get results. How long does it take a hockey player to actually get paid for playing the sport? They start as kids and don’t get paid until they go professional as adults. It can easily be 15-20 years. That doesn’t stop kids from trying. They don’t quit at age 4 because they haven’t made the Olympic team. You shouldn’t quit your dream of having the freedom an online business can bring. Luckily, in the world of marketing, it doesn’t take 15 to 20 years of complete devotion and daily practice to make your first dollar. Focus your energy on learning the core skills and building the key assets it takes to be successful as an online marketer. The core skills are understanding marketing, motivation, and the business models for building an online business. Can you attract a group of followers, communicate to them in a way that builds trust, and then motivate them to take action to signup or buy your products? Learn those skills. The core asset you need to build for your business is your audience, or subscriber list. Imagine the best orator in the world standing on the podium ready to give the speech of a lifetime, but no one showed up to listen. You have to have a “Tribe”. The size and devotion of your “Tribe” will be the biggest factor in your income. Build your list. The reason that most people fail at making money online is because they are looking for the “quick fix” or “miracle program” that will shortcut the process and put them on the Olympic ice without paying their dues. That’s not how life works. You can learn from the advice of those who are successful, so you don’t have to reinvent the wheel, but they can’t tell you every step you will take from beginner to expert. I can’t read a book on hockey and then go play at the Olympics. It takes learning combined with consistent practice. Don’t give up … just have patience and try to learn and improve each day. This is a journey of many steps. You can be an Olympian of marketing! Take ACTION to Supercharge Your Success.

I added 5000 SUBSCRIBERS to My List in Several Months!

How? I had exported literally hundreds of thousands of purchased leads from various sources (ie USA Leads, P4P, Lead Company etc) and used RapidMailer to get opt-ins and manage broadcasts to my list.

Purchased Leads – the Dilema

The problem with these bulk-lead purchase programs is that you must continue paying them $20, $40, even $69 per month. Sure you continue to grow your inventory of leads, but at some point, that monthly payment gets old, especially when you are seeing diminishing returns for your total investment.

The downside to these programs is that you must stay with those programs to be able to use the mailer.

I always export my leads regularly from these programs to a CSV. The problem is that just about all commercial autoresponders do not allow you to import purchased leads.

Solution:

I use a system called RapidMailer. This is a one-time $67 purchase for a WordPress plugin.

I recommend getting a separate hosting account and have only that WordPress blog on that account.

Using Google Sheets, I load those lead CSV files then I grab a hundred or so at a time. I strip out all but the name and email, and eliminate all addresses except GMAIL. (All those others bounce and are too unreliable). I then add them to a list in Rapidmailer.

When they opt in – I get new subscribers. I’ve added over 5000 SUBSCRIBERS in a couple months.

Better eMail Results

I connected it to SendGrid, and I am now getting 98% certified delivery! I get 40,000 emails per month for $10! AND, I am getting amazing certified delivery stats, incredible open and click rates. EASILY pays for itself!

RapidMailer setup for SendGrid is through the API, and literally takes seconds once you get your SendGrid credentials.

RapidMailer requires a WordPress blog and a little technical knowledge but I can help you walk through the setup process.

4) Some sites deliver leads to you but the leads are names of people from countries that do not have the ability to make secure verified purchases. An example of such a country is Nigeria.

Worldprofit Commissions: How You get Paid, When and for What!

Here’s what you need to know about the Worldprofit Commission System

As long as you are an active dealer with an account in good standing, qualifying Worldprofit commissions are paid on the 15th of each month for sales made in the previous month.

Members can pick the way you are paid. Commissions are paid out by Cheque, Payza, PayPal and for Canadian residents you have the option of Instant Bank Transfer. Members also have the option of applying commission credit toward your monthly membership cost, or for the purchase of services.

We have included a Chart of commissions, bonuses and eligible services and posted this in the Member area. You can find this by logging in and on the LEFT menu click on "Sales and Commissions" then on "Commission and Bonus Program."

Silver Package Members earn 20% commission on the sale of Silver and Platinum packages. Platinum Members earn 40% on the sale of Silver and Platinum packages. We also have a New Volume Bonuses, and products sold in the Resellers Club will earn you 80% to 100% depending on the vendor. George is so patient with newbies and everyone else, and breaks down what could be complex concepts into simple terms, and goes a step farther to demonstrate in REAL TIME.

I recommend the WorldProfit Bootcamp Training for both newbies and experienced members alike. The training is direct, to the point, and tells exactly what to do – George’s military background works well in the civilian world – he brought with him the best training and presentation techniques.

Outsiders have no clue what they are missing at Worldprofit.

First class tools, training, and resources to say the least, but the REAL value is the community, and responsiveness of George and Sandi to the needs of our members.

First, nobody does LIVE INTERACTIVE WORKSHOPS… except WorldProfit. Members are in direct communication with the brain trust – the guy who built it, the guy who supports it, and the guy who TEACHES it. Where else can you openly ask questions, and directly get answers? I’ve seen some amazing things put into play as a result of these workshops.

I made a suggestion to add editing capability to the URL Cloaker and Magic List Builder. I have literally thousands of ads on hundreds of safelists and other advertising venues. The internet changes so quickly – projects come and go, or even something as simple as a new squeeze page from an affiliate program. I would have to generate a new cloaked URL, then go to each of the sites where the original URL was posted. With so many ads – link maintenance was impossibly tedious.

To give you an idea of the scope of this issue: I have 827 cloaked links in the WP URL Cloaker, about the same number in the Magic List Builder, and 591 in my 3rd party cloaker. I have over 700 active safelist memberships in which link changes should be made. (although in reality, I only get around to the top 100). I have over 570 affiliate IDs in my database. 659 Banner URLs, and 351 landing pages. I started using a 3rd party cloaker, in addition to the WorldProfit cloaker, primarily because it gave me the ability to change the redirect URL.

Within hours after the workshop, George had investigated the issue, and implemented the program changes to make it happen.

You simply do not find this responsiveness ANYWHERE.
