Safe Ad zone warning

Your ad was corrected.

To stay FTC compliant, your ad subject was changed.  Dollar signs are not permitted but I’ve seen interpretations that also include character substitutes such as *.   I changed your subject line to read:

 Make money For Every Email You Process And Get Paid INSTANTLY!

Be aware that this particular ad is BANNED from many ad boards such as SuccessQuik (there is a blacklist of specific URL’s, and this project can be found there).

As a safelist owner yourself, I’m hoping that this also is a concern to you: it is a borderline interpretation of FTC regulations that allows this to skate by.   I personally do not want to be shut down because the FTC interpretation changes at some point. 

I will allow it for now, but I am considering going with the SuccessQuick blacklist and making my safelists “Safe Ad Zones”

Software Installation Instructions for Daily Login Bonus

Here are the software instructionsI promote the Daily Super Bonus AND the Daily Login Bonus (this software).

There are two components:
1) Edit your Member Home page to insert the daily code generation script when they click the button, and

2) The PHP file goes in your sitename.info/public_html/admin folder.  You must customize this PHP file with your SQL login, password, and IP address.  An entry is placed in cron to run after midnight local time (or the timezone of your target audience i.e. Australia.)

FREE means FREE TO YOU

FREE means FREE TO YOU, but FREE is Not FREE

Huh?  While as the owner of Giant Profit Ads and Mad Cow Ads, the following observations were shared with the members of those safelists. In communications with other system administrators, these observations are also being made on many of the other safelists and traffic exchanges.  We all agree that FREE means FREE TO YOU applies to any site that offers free benefits with no forced upgrade to paid memberships.
For most of you, the advertising resources on safelists are available to you even as FREE members. But these services are not free.  The owner of the site is actually footing the cost of these services that benefit the members.  
Understand that a safelist or traffic exchange is a business, certain normal business expenses are expected.  Some of the ongoing costs the site owners have are:
  • Software rental or service agreements
  • Software upgrades and maintenance
  • Software options to enhance the member experience
  • Graphic ad updates
  • Hosting fees
  • Domain name renewals
  • Ad Co-ops and advertising to generate traffic
  • Paypal fees
  • SuperNetwork partnerships
  • Commissions payouts
Here are some symptoms and factors that may endanger the owner’s ability to continue the offer free services.  
  • The number of FREE members is growing, 
  • The members are not doing any noticeable browsing of any type of ad based on the click counts and the lack of rewards being issued
  • There have not been many upgrades to a paid memberships
  • There have been few, if any  purchases of advertising, and 
  • There is no offset to the owner’s costs to keep these facilities running.

Some Other Factors

I will use Giant Profit Ads and Mad Cow Ads as examples of the issues:

  • Free members generally do not get paid for referrals. PRO members (on my safelists) receive 5000 points for each new signup
  • Pro members do not receive rewards when their referrals log in
  • Pro members do not get a monthly allocation of points.  All points must be through referrals or earned by viewing ads
Changes We Have Already Made
  • There are no more Lifetime memberships.  Any current lifetime JV memberships will be honored until termination or upgrade.
  • Lifetime JV members who upgrade to SuperJV will become month-to-month or annual subscription members
  • Paid memberships are enrolled in either an affordable monthly subscription, or a discounted annual subscription.  
  • There can be no refunds of annual subscriptions since these rates are discounted.
  • Pro members will receive daily broadcasts encouraging them to upgrade to paid memberships.
Changes That Must Be Made
 
Some changes must be implemented to generate some revenue.  That means that some services that were previously free or that could be “purchased” by exchanging points, will now be pay-per-use services. 
 
All members, whether free or paid, will be required to use Paypal
  • Paypal is used for payment of membership fees and ads.  
  • Paypal is also used for distribution of commissions.   
  • If you do NOT have a Paypal ID defined in your profile, you will receive an email notifying  you that  you will be given 14 days to update that profile to include a valid Paypal account.  At the end of that courtesy period, your account will be terminated.
  • Why?  If you do not have a payment method defined, that sends a clear signal that you are not willing to purchase the products and services offered.  This is a business.   That would be like having the counter person at the ice cream store make a double dip ice cream cone for you with full knowledge that you have no money in your wallet.
Fewer Allocations of Free Ads for Pro (Free) Memberships
  • The initial allocations of free ads, and “starter” promo codes will be reduced for PRO members
  • The generous allocations of free ads from “starter” promo codes for paid members will continue
  • No double dipping.  If you use a promo code from an external site, the points allocated will be rescinded if you use the “starter” code.
Some services will be restricted from “trading points”
  • SOLO Ads, Login Ads (600×300), Full Page Login Ads, Featured Ads, and PTC Ads will no longer allow trading of “points”.  
  • Daily Login Bonus rewards will be for “passive advertising” services only
  • Effective immediately, these are pay-per-use services
Activities will be monitored
  • Any free account that has no activity in 30 days will be terminated.
  • Activity includes login, daily super bonus, daily login bonus, surfing of ads, and other activities that require logging into to these safelists.
  • Pro Point Harvesters who do not login will be terminated.
 
The purpose of FREE means FREE TO YOU is to raise awareness and understanding that the extreme competition for safelists, with hundreds of new sites every day “devalues” the features and functions provided for all members.

While this particular program is not specifically on that list, it violates FTC regulations.  This is a cash donation solicitation.  There is no product, and no member benefits other than making a donation.

Nearly all the Surf programs you submitted  are the same program from the same people with a different spin and URL for each.  They just barely make the qualifications for FTC compliance because they DO have a website, hosting, and sell downloads of PLR.  These I will approve, with caution.  Each will be scrutinized before approval.

I keep trying to emphasize that at GiantProfitAds and Mad-Cow-Ads, we are an ADVERTISING COMMUNITY.

No Click, No Surfing Options
Just in case you have not seen the original ad, if you are simply tired of surfing, or clicking for points, and want an allocation of ads assigned either to your account every month, or on demand, I have set up an On Demand and a Subscription Ad program.  No more clicking, except for the obligatory California Surfer Solos ads, that will require surfing 5 or 6  ads each day you log on to the Advertise Here section.
These prices are cheaper than you could get if you bought them individually from ADVERTISE HERE.   While there are advantages to upgrading to paid memberships JV and SJV (like the INCREDIBLE Referral rewards), but these buying options allow free Pro members to participate in a No Clicking for Points program to get a great deal on ads without having to commit to an upgraded membership fee.  (Pro members have only limited ability to trade points for ads).
Changes to the Navigation Menu
To be sure you get the most out of your GiantProfitAds and Mad-Cow-Ads memberships, there are some changes you might have seen in the Navigation Menu on the left.  I created this video to expain the changes.
In summary:
  • There are some low-cost, non-safelist ad options for Text Ads, Banners, and Classified Ads on WomVegas.   Why WomVegas?  There are over 47,000 users per day logging on to WomVegas, and so many more anonymous visitors to see your ads.  This is on the REAL INTERNET and not some protected double-optin safelist where people are only interested in clicking for points or worse yet, point harvesting with automated tools.  People are actually LOOKING AT YOUR ADS.   There are so many different options to promote YOUR ads including promotion using Social Media like Twitter.
  • Second Chance OTO.  Well, in this case, it is the offer that got away.  That’s right.  The Meaning of OTO is ONE TIME OFFER, and if you pass, it is never offered again (at least with the software that powers GiantProfitAds and Mad-Cow-Ads).  I always found it ridiculous to commit to something before you have even been able to see what features and functions are available, and given a chance to “test the waters”  before committing to anything additional.
  • One Year SJV BOGO.  You’ve all seen Buy One Get One offers.  Well, this is one also.  A tremendous savings when you sign up for an SJV membership upgrade at GiantProfitAds, and also get an SJV membership at Mad-Cow-Ads.  Why would you want to do that?  For one reason, the GENEROUS REFERRAL BONUSES that the SJV member has.  You can recruit your referrals to GiantProfitAds, and then get them to sign up for a membership at Mad-Cow-Ads.  You get MONSTER referral bonus points, a percentage of the points each of YOUR REFERRALS earn, and a percentage of MEMBERSHIP UPGRADES, OTO PURCHASES, LOGIN OFFER PURCHASES, and AD PURCHASES.  That’s right.  CASH in your PayPal account!
  • Purchase Current Offer.  This is simply giving you a chance to purchase the offer you saw at login.  Again, I think it is foolish to make a purchase before you have an opportunity to really examine the offer and figure out that it is a good deal or not.  When you are logging in, all you want to do it get past these offers so you don’t lose focus on WHY you logged in: to place ads.
  • Full Page Login Ads.  No better way to get your promotion in front of EVERY MEMBER that logs in.  Your offer hits them right up front.  This is a full page HTML ad, and is not limited to the 600×300 banner you get in a regular Login Ad.
  • Buy Daily Bonus.  If you are not clicking on the daily bonus, shame on you.  That is FREE POINTS – between 2000-5000 points, for viewing a single ad!  Why not put YOUR offer in front of people, and encourage YOUR REFERRALS to be sure they click the DAILY BONUS so you get YOUR AD in front of them when they go to collect those FREE points!
  • Twice Confirmed Traffic.  I mention occasionally that I share my secrets with the membership, and Twice Confirmed Traffic is one of them.  I have been an upgraded subscriber for quite a while, and I get CONSISTENTLY HIGH QUALITY TRAFFIC from this one program.
  • The Traffic Guru.  Again, this is one of my go-to, always high in the rankings, traffic sources.  David Smith (the genius behind AFF Super Networks and Admin For Free sites such as GiantProfitAds and Mad-Cow-Ads) and his team will deliver 4000 clicks for each ad.
Did You Know:  GiantProfitAds is a SURF SITE?
I want to point out that GiantProfitAds is not only a Safelist, but it is also a Surf Site.  I am shocked that this feature is NOT BEING USED.  It is easy.   It is effective.  And a way to EARN HUGE POINT REWARDS QUICKLY.  And even  better – you get to place YOUR OWN SURF ADS.  Start by entering your ads into  My Surf Pages, then view all offers by going into SURF NOW.  START NOW!  What better way to spend the huge number of points you get from REFERRALS?
Other Missed Opportunities
Several other features that are simply not  being used:  Downline Builder and Protect Your Links
  • Downline Builder.  Check out the programs listed.  These include the programs entered by YOUR SPONSOR.  If you have not joined them, click on the link and join those programs.  Many times, these have great OTO’s or promo codes that give you great rewards.  Enter YOUR referral ID’s after you have signed up, and YOUR REFERRALS will be shown YOUR Downline Builder sites!  No easier way to get referrals!
  • Protect Your Links.  There are unscrupulous scoundrels out there that  will strip your referral ID from a sale and substitute their own to STEAL YOUR SALES, and you don’t even know it is happening.  By using a LINK CLOAKER, they can no longer steal your sales.  In addition it gives YOU the ability to track your ads, and also provides EFFORTLESS RECRUITING.  YES.  By using this link cloaker, a link to YOUR REFERRAL ID is displayed in the header bar with your ad!
  • Free eCourses.  See the link on the Nav menu that takes you to a complete listing of both free and low-cost eCourses, ebooks, and videos.  If I must charge (per the license when I purchased these materials, it may not allow me to sell it below a certain price), I guarantee it is the lowest allowable fee.

Review these simple steps to get
the most out of your membership 
At Giant Profit Ads


1)  Set-Up Your Surf Pages: 
Go to My Surf Pages and Add Your Sites to the Traffic Exchange, so you can promote your sites to other members as they surf. 

After adding your sites, go to Surf Now and surf other members sites that are in the Traffic Exchange. You will earn credits for viewing other members sites and you can use these credits towards purchasing more advertising so you can promote your sites throughout this ad exchange.

2) Go to “Advertise Here” or “Redeem Promo Code” to enter your PROMO Codes.

3) Set-Up Your Ads:

It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you return to this site on a daily basis to SURF our Traffic Exchange and click on as many text ads, banner ads, HTML Ads, Traffic Links, Hot Links, etc., and view other members websites. (You might just find something you want or need). You will also earn additional advertising credits that you can use to purchase additional advertising for your sites, when you view other members sites.

You want members to visit your sites, so please return the favor and visit their sites as well.


5) Start Promoting Your Referral URL for Giant Profit Ads:

6) You Will Also Earn Cash Commissions:

You can request a payout for your Commissions or you can use your Commissions to purchase more advertising within our site. 

All cash commissions are paid via PayPal, so make sure you add your PayPal email address to your profile. 

Go to “Edit My Details” to update your profile. 

Members who fail to add their PayPal email address to their profiles will not be paid any commissions. 

It’s a win-win situation. The more members you bring in, the more credits & cash you can earn, and the more members you can show your ads to, so you can build your memberships and income in your other opportunities, as well. 

7) Promote Your Other Opportunities & Build Your Downlines:

Go to Downline Builder and enter 3 of your own programs into the system that your referrals can join directly under you. 

The 3 programs you add will be shown to your referrals in the Downline Builder section and they will be shown as the Recommended Link in the top bar of the “Protect Your Links”. 

 
8) Login Daily for Free Advertising Credits and Ads
Don’t forget the Daily Bonus Points for advertising credits, and Daily Login Bonus promo code that rewards you with a different ad type every day for free.
