How I Measure MY Success

I'm retired so my yardsticks are different than most in network marketing, but I still TREAT THIS LIKE A BUSINESS.  It is NOT a HOBBY.

Sales revenue is only one way to measure success. Let's face it, you have to keep the lights burning.  PROFITS are more important.

Understand that it DOES COST MONEY to run a business.  You not only need to invest TIME, and even though you might be able to use FREE RESOURCES and SPEND TIME clicking for credits, at some point you will come to the realization that you have limitations because you placed a higher value on spending TIME to acquire FREE RESOURCES, than the the ultimate goal of GROWING YOUR BUSINESS.

If you would spend less time to acquire low-value resources, and spend some money so you could apply that time to CREATIVE list building and revenue-generating processes, the probability of reaching your business goals increases significantly.

I'd like to think that people whose goal is to MAKE MONEY, they should have a BUSINESS PLAN, and set interim goals and define tasks in order to meet those goals.

The business plan should include a BUDGET for tools and resources that ENABLE YOU TO BUILD YOUR BUSINESS. 
 

• I am in constant pursuit of ACQUIRING new leads, and providing enticing content to turn those leads into SUBSCRIBERS

  I add anywhere from 5 to 20 new subscribers to my list every day
   

• My initial goal with subscribers is to keep their interest by providing target-appropriate content in my autoresponder message streams to KEEP them as subscribers

  I rarely have unsubscribes once they are on my list.  I use double-opt-in lead capture to filter sign-ups, and police my lists to keep them clean.
   

• I then communicate with my subscribers BUILD RAPPORT so I can build TRUST

  People BUY from people they TRUST.  Sales come from subscribers.  Period.
