Land Marketing Sites Shut Down.

The owners have decided that they no longer want to be in the safelist business, and just shut down all their sites.  This is disturbing because there are many of us who have paid for lifetime upgrades that no longer have access to the advertising resources we paid for, but also have lost all of our referrals and commissions that have not reached payout levels.

As an upgraded lifetime member, there was no official notice: I got it as a rumor, that I confirmed, from my network of safelist owners.

This brings an important point that should be considered for YOUR business…

Do you have an EXIT STRATEGY in your BUSINESS PLAN?

Does it consider disposition of YOUR CUSTOMERS?

Now a Similar Announcement from a RESPONSIBLE Safelist Owner

Compare this to Rodney Coleman who just announced, in 30 days, SimpleTrafficBuilder.com, MailerNetworkBuilder.com and PromoCodeProfits.com will be closed.

The difference is that:

• Rodney and Rex made an announcement IN ADVANCE
• Outlined the issues and REASON
• and provided a tentative solution

  If you are an SJV member, Rex and I are working on a way to compensate you for being a lifetime member. Not sure yet, but we will do something. For all other members, I am sorry but this is something I must do.

There are many CARING, ETHICAL, and HONORABLE safelist owners out there like Rodney, Dave Mosher, Brad Webb, George Kosch, Brian Zens, Jerry Iannucci, PC Banks, etc. who TREAT NETWORK MARKETING AND SAFELIST OWNERSHIP LIKE A BUSINESS.  It is a shame that a couple bad seeds reflect badly on the industry.
