I’ve been using the various component products by Frank Bauer and Clinton Clark for years. In fact, the mailers have delivered the highest CTR’s consistently.

You know that I am heavily into automation. I want the tools that I use to reduce the amount of time that I need to spend doing the menial tasks so I can concentrate on the creative aspects, this newsletter being one of them.

Frank Bauer and Clinton Clark have put all this together in an amazing package called the M3 Inner Circle. Jeff Aman clued me into the M3 Inner Circle bundle, and ended up saving me hundreds of dollars per year.

The automation piece of this was the next piece that I needed to engage to accomplish my goals:

automation of my submissions to the traffic sources
that have available traffic slots for me to send
where I have sufficient credits to send my ads

TrafficZipper is the key to automation.

TrafficZipper allows me to enter my ads and match them up with the high CTR traffic sources, and TrafficZipper then checks those traffic sources to see if if I have the time slots to send, and if I have the time to send, and if I have available credits on that source to send my ads out.

TrafficZipper is like a huge rotator that just goes through my list of ads and keeps checking the traffic sources, whether the ads slots are available, and the credits on those traffic sources are available. It just goes and sends it for me, completely Set-N-Forget. All this with full tracking so I can tell what ads are being sent and more importantly what which ads are delivering conversions.

TrafficZipper allows me to select the specific traffic sources per ad, for instance, I select just the CHIPs sites for BigDogs ads, but for other ads, exclude them from using the CHIPs sites, because I have specific days of the week I schedule my CHIPs sites with BigDogs ads (purchase Secrets of the Big Dogs ebook to understand why). I know that the CHIPs have the resources when I need them if other sites in the TrafficZipper rotator are not using them. I only had to go through that thought process ONCE when setting up the ads, and not week after week.

JitBit Autotext

This tiny utility is a Text Expander for Windows. You can assign acronyms to frequently used text snippets and AutoText will auto-type a snippet when you type the acronym.

George has a nice video that shows generically how to use this amazing tool.

I use this ABSOLUTELY EVERY DAY, like every couple MINUTES!!! I would be absolutely LOST without it, because I have built so many of my processes to take advantage of the shortcuts I’ve created.

So, when I start a new project, I create new shortcut keywords in Jitbit like in the table above. Everything I need to enter the ad components on a safelist is just 5 charcters away. No having to keep Affiliate Tools open on the site you are promoting. No flipping screens back and forth to do copy/paste.

To submit a Banner the keystrokes necessary would be

These would expand to the proper URLs. Click SUBMIT.

To submit a Textlink the keystrokes necessary would be

These would expand to the proper subject and URL. Click SUBMIT.

This saves SO MUCH TIME. Time you can use to learn more, join more sites, submit more ads, and do CREATIVE WORK like building capture pages. writing autoresponder messages, following up with subscribers (you know, BUILDING YOUR LIST, and that NURTURING thing to BUILD RAPPORT, get them to KNOW, LIKE, and TRUST because subscribers BUY from sponsors THEY TRUST).

I also have many “code snippets” I use all the time that save me typing. Some ideas you might adopt:

You can create shortcuts for just about anything you type frequently. They can be static, old favorites, ready to use, or dynamic, create on the fly as needed. Think about those things you type over and over. They are FAST.
